DELIVERY AND RETURNS

 

We take your discretion very seriously, so please rest assured that Delivery is always discreet, regardless if the shipping destination is your home, your office or any other UK Mainland address.

Packaging:

We deliver all our products in plain brown boxes, without branding. Furthermore, there will be no content description on the outside of the parcel, only the carrier label will be displayed. As a result no one beside you will know the nature of the contents inside. 

Noises:

We pack our products very carefully so they will not shake inside the parcel boxes. Batteries provided for the devices are shielded, so our toys will not start running while unpacked.

Delivery FAQ

1) How much does delivery cost?

Please note, we currently only deliver to addresses within UK Mainland.

 

Standard Delivery (2-5 days) - £1.99 

Express Delivery (1-2 days) - £4.99*

Free Delivery (2-4 days) - £0.00**

 

*orders placed after 2pm will be shipped on the following day.

Note: we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays

**on orders over £30

 

2) How long do standard deliveries take?

With our standard delivery we aim to deliver within 2-5 working days.

 

3) How does the Express delivery work?

If you choose our express delivery and place your order before 2pm, your order should arrive in 1-2 working days.  Working Day means all days from Monday to Friday, but excludes Saturday and Sunday. For example an order placed before 2pm on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday-Wednesday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Wednesday-Thursday.

Note: we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

 

4) What happens if I am out when delivery is attempted?

All orders will be delivered to the delivery address you have provided us.

For express orders; In case our carrier cannot deliver your order, two additional delivery attempts will follow. In case our carrier still is not able to deliver your order he will provide you with instructions explaining how or where you can pick up your parcel.

Standard delivery orders will be sent via Royal Mail and will follow your usual local process (typically collection from nearby depot).

 

5) How can I be assured that of discreet delivery?

6) Between what times do express deliveries take place?

We will deliver up to 6pm, Monday to Friday. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation once the order has left our warehouse, so you’ll know it’s on its way.

All orders will be delivered to the delivery address you have provided us. In case our carrier cannot deliver your order, two additional delivery attempts will follow. In case our carrier still is not able to deliver your order he will provide you with instructions explaining how or where you can pick up your parcel.

7) Which Payment types do you accept?

Returns

1) What is your Returns policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days after the original purchase date and get a full refund. In case you would like to return the product please keep in mind the product must not be used and must be returned in the state you received them and be returned in the original packaging.

If for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, simply contact our Customer Service Centre who will take care of everything for you.

2) How and when do I get my refund?

You will be refunded directly back to the Payment card / PayPal account used for the original payment. You can expect the money to be refunded within 14 days from the point we have received the returned product.
