‘Yoga’ means to connect or unite, with a focus on a connection between breath and movement when doing a pose. When you double up a yoga pose as a sex position and focus on your breath and movement, the results can be mind-blowing. 1. The Lotus Flower
A sensual and intimate pose to get your sexual energy moving. Get your partner to outstretch his legs, facing him, sit on top and wrap your legs around him, then get him to pull you close by bringing his legs in, like in a lotus position. 2. Dead Bug
Not the most glamorous title but great for sexual pleasure. A fun twist on the basic missionary position. Lie on your back with your bottom on the floor. Hold the outside edges of your feet with your hands, bend your knees, lift your legs into the air, draw your knees down towards your chest and the floor , creating a butterfly position, and take a few deep purposeful breaths here –focus your attention and breath to the groin area.
