How it works 

Here’s some bedroom gymnastics. The receiver starts in a plank, while the giver grasps them by their hips and lifts their legs, just like a wheelbarrow. For less heavy lifting, try the seated version: the giver sits on the edge of a bed or chair while the receiver backs into their lap and plants their hands on the floor.  

Skill Factor 

This one’s not for the faint of biceps. It takes balance, arm strength, and some core coordination. The standing version is more advanced, but resting on a surface can make things way easier (and less sweaty). 

Pleasure Rating
