Our delivery is always discreet in plain brown boxes without any branding or content description, so only you will know what’s inside. 

A tracking number will be provided when your package leaves our warehouse, so you’ll know exactly where your order is.

Please note: We currently only deliver to addresses within the UK mainland.


We take your discretion very seriously, so please rest assured that delivery is always discreet, regardless if the shipping destination is your home, office or any other UK Mainland address.


We deliver all of our products in plain, boring brown boxes, without branding or a description of the contents, so only you will know or get excited about what is inside. Only the carrier label will be displayed on the outside so your package is delivered to you!

Furthermore, our products are packed very carefully so they will not shake inside the parcel boxes. Batteries provided are shielded, so there’s no risk that toys will start running while unpacked.


We offer a standard shipping option (generally received within 5 - 10 days), but if you’d like to have your order quicker, our Express shipping option (1 - 2 business days, if ordered before 11pm) is perfect for you.

For all deliveries, a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has left our warehouse, so you know it’s on it’s way and can track it’s progress.

Standard delivery orders will be sent via Royal Mail to the address you have provided us; if you miss the delivery, Royal Mail will follow your usual local process (typically customer collection from nearby depot).

If you choose our Express Delivery option and place your order before 11pm, your order should arrive in 1-2 business days (business days include Monday through Friday (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

For example an order placed before 11pm on Friday will be delivered the next Tuesday or Wednesday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Wednesday or Thursday. Order delivery attempts are generally made between 9am - 6pm.

If our carrier cannot deliver your order, two additional delivery attempts will follow. If our carrier still is unable to deliver your order, the carrier will provide you with instructions explaining how or where you can pick up your parcel.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days after the original purchase date and get a full refund. In case you would like to return any product, it must be unused, returned in the state you received it (i.e. unopened) and in the original packaging.

If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, simply contact our Customer Service Centre who will take care of everything for you.


You will be refunded directly back to the Payment card / PayPal account used for the original payment. You can expect the money to be refunded within 14 days from when we receive the returned product.
