Discreet Delivery & Returns

Our delivery is always discreet in plain brown boxes without any branding or content description, so only you will know what’s inside. 

A tracking number will be provided when your package leaves our warehouse, so you’ll know exactly where your order is.

Please note: We currently only deliver to addresses within the UK mainland.

We take your discretion very seriously, so please rest assured that delivery is always discreet, regardless if the shipping destination is your home, office or any other UK Mainland address.

DISCREET PLAIN BROWN BOXES GUARANTEED

We deliver all of our products in plain, boring brown boxes, without branding or a description of the contents, so only you will know or get excited about what is inside. Only the carrier label will be displayed on the outside so your package is delivered to you! 

Furthermore, our products are packed very carefully so they will not shake inside the parcel boxes. Batteries provided are shielded, so there’s no risk that toys will start running while unpacked.

DELIVERY & TRACKING

We offer a standard shipping option (generally received within 2 - 4 days), but if you’d like to have your order quicker, our Express shipping option (1 - 2 business days, if ordered before 3pm) is perfect for you.

For all deliveries, a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has left our warehouse, so you know it’s on it’s way and can track it’s progress.

Standard delivery orders will be sent via Royal Mail to the address you have provided us; if you miss the delivery, Royal Mail will follow your usual local process (typically customer collection from nearby depot).

EXPRESS DELIVERY

If you choose our Express Delivery option and place your order before 3pm, your order should arrive in 1-2 business days (business days include Monday through Friday (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

For example an order placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered the next Tuesday or Wednesday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Wednesday or Thursday. Order delivery attempts are generally made between 9am - 6pm.

Note: we do not offer Express Delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

If our carrier cannot deliver your order, two additional delivery attempts will follow. If our carrier still is unable to deliver your order, the carrier will provide you with instructions explaining how or where you can pick up your parcel.
